Duplicating my WordPress redirects my backup admin to the original admin

I have made a backup of my wordpress and database and installed on another domain and server for testing purposes.

live site: https://www.livesite/liveblog

test site: https://www.testsite/testblog

When I go to my test site url https://www.testsite/testblog/wp-admin or https://www.testsite/testblog/wp-login.php and i enter my username and password and click the login button I get redirected to the admin panel of the live site https://www.livesite/liveblog/wp-admin. I have done this with another site and it worked for me but I just cant get it to work on this one.

If anyone knows how to make it go to the admin panel of the testing site please let me know, I’ve been trying for days and I know it has to work. If there’s a setting I need to change someone please let me know. Thanks in advance.
