I’ve put a gallery on a few pages but after the gallery (which displays fine) there’s a second gallery that I didn’t put there that shows the images again but without the tiled mosaic gallery. How do I get rid of that second gallery on each page?! Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I apologize for any trouble, I can see the images you are referring to – those images showing up like that are due to something on your page breaking the images that are wrapped in <noscript> tags.

Envira will take all images from your gallery and wrap them in a <noscript> tag so that any visitors coming to your site that do not have javascript enabled browsers can still see your images.

Since the gallery is displaying correctly, then something else is breaking those tags and forcing the noscript images to display.

Do you know if on the gallery you disable Lazy Load or disable Lazy Load on JetPack if this correct the issue for you?

Please let me know how I can help! ??

    Thanks

Ah, turning off Jetpack’s Lazy load worked, thanks!

So happy we could help! Have a great weekend!

I have the same problem, but I am using the “a3 Lazy Load” plugin. There are several tickets lately with the same issue…

Disabling our generic lazy loading plugin is not a fix! You should provide some solution to get them work together.

For instance, with a3 Lazy Load I could specify img class names to be omitted. Unfortunately, the classes from noscript tags have no class name. If you would provide a class name for them (same way you do with the thumbnails), we’ll not get those duplicates anymore.

    Any other constructive idea please?

PS: I’ll post this in a new thread as well, as current issue is marked “Resolved”.

    Hi @cristiscu,

Two separate Lazy Load features simply do not (and should not) work together. It’s a natural conflict. So, only one should ever be turned on; there’s no workaround for that.

    Thanks
