Duplicating a WordPress site to a new domain and then translating it

Hi

I have a website in danish (.dk) that brings in a bit of revenue with AdSense. I was thinking of making a norwegian and swedish version of the website, but on new domains (.se and .no) using some sort of automatic translation tool.

What would be the easiest (and cheapest) way of doing this?
