Duplicates review when page is refreshed.

Whenever you submit a review, it posts it correctly. However, when you refresh the page, it resubmits the form, and ultimately posts the same review again, causing a duplicate.
How do we prevent this? We can’t request that people don’t refresh the page. Especially since after they submit their review, it doesn’t show up right away unless they refresh (or leave the page and come back).
Redirecting to another page entirely, after they submit a review, might be a good fix, but I haven’t figured out how to do that either.
