duplicates of H1 and description

You can use %page%, %pagenumber% variables in title & Description fields to fix the duplicate issue.

The article shows how to fix this in another SEO plugin, the same solution will work for Rank Math as well. Simply make sure that you are using correct variables provided by the Rank Math plugin.

Unfortunately this does not help. I put %page% wherever I could and Title in both Description and Rich Desc.
Description dubs remain in Shop & Blog,
and H1 dubs in Shop & Blog & Category & Attribute

1. Can you please confirm if you added the page variable in the description field? The Title is showing the page value.

2. 3. The H1 which you are seeing on the page is not controlled by the Rank Math plugin. Your theme is adding it. Rank Math plugin only adds <title> and other meta tags required by the SEO.

To show the pagination value on the Product archive i.e Shop page, please add the %page% variable in the Product Archive Description field in Titles & Meta Settings. Here is a screencast:

Also, this pagination variable works on the default WP loop where pagination query_var is set. If you are using a custom query to show the posts on any other pages then this variable will not work. In that case, you can use our filters to change the title & the description:

Can you please record a screencast as the screencast we provided shows where and how to use the page variable?

If you are following the exact same steps, and assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Your site is showing the page number in both the Title & the Description.

The main title on these 3 pages is same because that’s what we think you have added in the Page Title. The %title% will just print the page title.
