    Andy did you ever figure out the issue? We last left at the duplicate posts were actually revisions.

    I ended up looking at the theme for answers. When I switched from the current theme to 2014 I didn’t get the duplication issue. I took a bunch of redundant/unused code out of functions.php and that seems to have fixed it. I’m not sure exactly what it was in there that was causing the issue but I can take another look and send you some details if you think it’s important to you.
