I’ve searched and searched for my particular issues. There are some broken links. I’ve duplicated my site and am viewing it locally, no errors. In Wp-admin I can see all the posts and blogs and such but viewing them states they don’t exist and checking the directory where duplicator extracted to, there are no folders or files for these posts. I’ve tried running importer after exporting but it says that every item I’m trying to import already exists, yet the actual file is not there. It seems as if duplicator didn’t duplicate everything?

Any ideas on what’s happening here?

  • Hey @danj210,

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

? ? – Why are some of my plugins/images/links/styles not updating?
    ? ? – https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-installer-240-q

All of your posts will be stored in the database so you won’t be able to see any of them in files or folders on the file-system.

Let me know if any of them help~

Thanks. That makes sense. My issue was resolved by resaving the permalink setting which was already correct but I guess needed to be resaved to work again. Now all the content is viewable.

    Excellent! Thanks for the update…
