Duplicated Products (REST API)

This plugin has no ability to create products in any way. I would recommend you to disable WP Rocket and try checking. Also enable the cache bypass for WP REST API endpoints inside this plugin setting (cache tab): https://i.imgur.com/vsQ7ghz.jpeg

But now, some times the CloudFlare returns 524 to my PUT requests (WP REST API), do you know how to solve it?

524 is origin server timed out. You need to dig deeper into your server to see why the requests are getting timed out. Maybe because your server is not capable enough to process the request within a given time or something else.

Also, when I update my products using the WP REST API, there are some processes from SWCFPC that are consuming a lot from my server, example:

This process took more than 60s to complete

SWCFPC_Cache_Controller::purge_cache_queue_write

Yes if you have many pages the cache queue with cURL might take some resources. You can turn off the cache queue inside the plugin settings.
