    Hello,

    I have noticed that if we use the duplicate option to create ned products the copy is instantly posted on Facebook, and ofcourse with wrong name followed by (copy).

    So it seems like the duplicate is posted on Facebook before it even is published.

  • Yes same issue. Also I noticed that, more than 200+ duplicated items in my catalog. I don’t know how they synchronized in fb catalog.

    You can delete the product in the WooCommerce Facebook metabox (on the edit product page) for the duplicate product. This can be done manually for each product using the “Delete product(s) on Facebook” option from within the Edit Product page.

    Afterward, syncing products again from within **Marketing > Facebook > Product sync** should resolve the issue.

    Hello John!
    – I try to delete the product from woocommerce but when i delete the product only the original product deleted from facebook shop not the copy

    – All the “product title + copy” products links are wrong goes to wrong product.

    – i have some products in my facebook shop with a price €0 and some with no image, the products without the image are not even existed anymore in my woocommerce shop.

    Apart from that you might want to clear your WooCommerce transient data as well before making a force resync here: Marketing > Facebook > Product sync
