  • Hi Juan,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    • Do not put EUR in both the prefix and suffix field on the field mapping section as that will result in EUR being both behind and before your prices. Please only put it in the prefix field
    • Are you using some sort of currency switcher or multilingual plugin as our plugin won’t make up currencies. Which could explain for the pound and dollar prices?

    Hello @supportadtribes

Thank you for answering soo fast.

    • Ok I’ve only left EUR on the PREFIX area.
    • Yes we are using WooCommerce Price Based on Country (Basic)

Then that is the cause for the issue at hand. Our plugin does not support the WooCommerce Price Based on Country (Basic) plugin. So changes are big that that is the reason why you are getting both pounds and dollar prices in your feed.

    Hi @juanparis64

Price Based on Country (Basic) includes support for the “Google Product Feed by Ademti Software” plugin.

The compatibility allows you to generate the feed for a specific country( pricing zone/ currency)

You can open a ticket on the Price Based on Country forum if you need more help.

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
