    Hello, since last week, all my active subscriptions are charged twice to the costumer. This only happens with Revolut (credits card gateway). I also have subscriptions with Stripe and the issue does not happen with them.

    Please advise.

    The version is 4.16.1

    We have several subscriptions active. Somo with Revolut and others with Stripe. This only happens in Revolut.

    – Open the Revolut Business App

    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.

    Just did that this morning and they gave me 48H to receive an answer. I think its not acceptable given the subject.

    Should i downgrade the version of the plugin? How should i download the previous version? Thank you.

    I have the same issue with the latest version. Revolut’s fees for refunding duplicate charges are highly frustrating, and they add to the burden of customer support, which includes dealing with angry customers, processing numerous manual refunds, and handling additional accounting tasks.

    We are also seeing this issue. Duplicate payments on subscription orders. Running 4.16.1 on WooCommerce 9.1.4 and WordPress 6.6.1. The issue started on July 30th, which matches the update to 4.16.1.

    I can confirm that this issue is only happening on Revolut subscription renewals. Non-subscription orders do not have an issue and neither do non-Revolut subscriptions.

    I have downgraded to 4.16.0 and have a renewal in 13 hours, so we’ll see what happens with that order.

    Having checked the dates of releases and the difference in the code, I’ve now downgraded to 4.15.1

    Downgrading will not be necessary. We found the issue and released a new version. Please upgrade to the latest one (4.16.2).

    Once updated, can you please confirm if the solution fixed the problem?

    Thanks for the speedy fix. I’ve deployed 4.16.2 and will let you know tomorrow if we have any additional issues as that’s our next scheduled renewal.

    I can confirm that our most recent subscription renewal did not have a double charge.

    Is Revolut going to refund the fees applied for this extra transactions? We had to make a lot of refunds and its not fair we have to support those costs. (Im talking about the comission Revolt is charging).
