• Hi,

    There is an ongoing issue where duplicated orders are added when using Vipps as a payment method on our website. The other order was then canceled from Vipps side.

    Could you help check what is causing this issue? If needed, I can also provide the admin login details if needed.

    Previously we managed to resolve it since it was related to a caching issue by excluding the checkout page from caching. But, the issue happens again this time.

    Previously you provide this flow https://developer.vippsmobilepay.com/docs/recommended-flows/ but I am not sure what we did incorrectly.

    First, is this an issue with the standard Woo checkout, the special Vipps Checkout page, or Express Checkout?

    Secondly, does this happen for every order?

    If this is to do with Vipps Checkout in particular and only occurs some of the time, the reason may be that the user returns to the cart and modifies this (removes or adds some items). In this case the previous order will be deleted and a new one created with the updated cart.
