    I am having random issues with orders being duplicated. The order goes through and only one email is sent out but in the back end the order is duplicated 8 times with a different order number but all the same order at the same time.

    Seem some in the FB woocommerce group report the same issue? Any tips?

    Sorry to hear this issue is affecting you. We are aware of this issue and are working on the fix.
    It looks like every time some fields (like State, ZIP…) are changed before placing the order, a call to create order is added and causes another order to be created. We are expecting to have a fix for this in our next release, but cannot confirm this at this time.

    I have added this thread to our developers’ ticket, so you will get an update once this is included in the release that fixes the problem.

    I mentioned 8 copies of an order but I don’t think it was duplicating that many times, it was just a customer maybe submitting the order more than once.

    Looking forward to an update ??

    Yes, most reports we get are related to 2 or 3 duplicated orders, not 8. So good that you confirm this difference to us. This issue has been set up to be fixed in the next release of our plugin.

    People at PayPal know when payments are coming from a Woocommerce store and for many months have been contacting many of my clients that have been using the standard paypal plugin for years without issue and telling them that need to update to this plugin.

    The rep from paypal says it works great and to just let them know if there are issues. So far they all had issues and had to revert back to the standard plugin. The reps that recommend the plugin don’t have any issues and Paypal tech support told me they know nothing about the plugins and cannot recommend a plugin that will work consistently.

    Now I have clients asking me to just get rid of Paypal and use other payment methods.

    yesterday we have released a new version of our plugin (version 1.6.0) that contains a fix for the issue you are experiencing.     We have tested this fix to be working, so we would really want to hear back from you if you are still seeing duplicate orders coming in.
