    Dear PMPRO team,

    I noticed that I have duplicated orders in the PMPRO dashboard for each member and each month.
    The transaction ID is the same but not the order ID.
    I have checked on my Stripe account and there is not double billing to the customer.
    How can I fix this issue?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    To confirm, you have duplicate orders from recurring payments only and checkout (registrations) are working as intended with only one order being created during the checkout process?

    Does this happen for every member with a recurring subscription? When did this issue start occurring, was it only after a recent update?

    Any common factor between these user’s will help us determine where to look as I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on my end with Stripe and recurring payments.

    Hi Andrew,

    Sorry for my late answer.

    Yes, everything works well in terms of checkout and payment process (only one billing in Stripe and one subscription).
    In the Order Dashboard, I have only one line for the month of subscription.
    But then, I have duplicated lines for each member each month. The duplicated lines started after the 2nd month of the subscription.
    My membership is new and was launched in April 2021. The first duplicated line started on May 2021’s payment.
    The Transaction ID and the Transaction Date are exactly the same.

    Thanks for the feedback, we’re still looking into replicating this on our end consistently.

    Any common factor between these customer’s may help us replicate this on our end.
