Duplicated Featured Image

Hi,
After updating AMP plugin to 0.4.1 and enabling “Do you want to add featured image?” option, the AMP version article shows duplicated featured image.
Please fix this issue, thanks a lots.

It happens the same to me: duplicated featured image, one is bigger than the other.
And I also get the following error:
