Duplicated emails when sending “product published”: notifications

    Hi there i still have this problem with duplicated emails, when my product is published customers receive 2,3 sometimes 4 duplicated emails. My server is pretty stable and underpowered. I am not using any plugins described
    here. I am losing lots of subscribers because of that issue, and it’s unfortunate, because i like the plugin, and was looking into Pro bundle…Can you please help? or anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi @aosipov,
    Thanks for your message.

    There must be a plugin, theme, or hosting configuration that is causing these duplicate notifications. It’s just about how to find the offending one.

    Are you using any caching plugins on your site? Object caching can sometimes cause an issue with anything that interacts with the save/publish/update process within WordPress.

    Hi there. Yes I am not using Cache Enabler on my site. Now I disabled a few plugins: Cache Enabler, ConvertKit, ConvertKit for WooCommerce, Preview E-mails for WooCommerce, WooCommerce – MailerLite… I want to see maybe some of them causing problem. I will let you know on Friday:)

    Well…:( this Friday, i am still receiving duplicate emails as a customer. When i am testing this plugin (changing destination in “Send To” field. Not a test email) It works properly. But when “New Product Published” on Fridays notifications/emails are doubling…

    Hi @aosipov,
    What happens when all plugins except for BNFW are disabled? Does it then work?

    Also – just something worth noting – Post SMTP has an email log built-in so you may not need the additional ‘Email Log’ plugin.
