Duplicated emails sent

  • Hello,

    for some reason we receive 2 order confirmation emails since using this plugin. One looks like the standard woocommerce email but with the footer we did create with the plugin and the second email is the New email template we created. What could be the issue?

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out. Are you using any other WooCommerce extension plugins? Or email plugins? It is likely there is a conflict with a plugin. You can try deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting.

    no just Sendinblue Plugin to send out emails

    Have you cleared all your cache? Can you confirm you’re running the latest versions of your theme and plugins?
