Duplicated emails

  • Hello,

    all the mails configured in learnpress (and only in learnpress, it doesnt happen with other mails) such as user has started, completed a course…

    are sent multiple times.

    Could you help please

    Thank you for your message.

    We tested the issue with LearnPress version 4.2.7.1, using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, and enabled two email notifications that you mentioned were problematic: Enrolled Course User and Finished Course User. After testing, we found that each email was only sent once, as expected.

    To further investigate, we recommend disabling all other plugins except LearnPress and switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue persists.

    If the issue continues or if we misunderstood the problem, please let us know, and if possible, include screenshots or a video, and we will take a closer look to provide the best solution for you.
