Duplicated data displaying in search

I’ve really created a site https://www.testing.spireswebtech.co.uk and it has a ‘sweep search’ facility.

When you click on the drop-down in search for a sweep, say Kent – it seems to display duplicate data ie B G Wright appears six times.

If any database experts are out there I could really do with getting a handle on this one and will gladly provide my template code if anyone can help.
