Duplicated dashboard menu except for administrator

  • Hi everyone,

    The problem is the following, I have been working as an administrator and there is no error, however if I work as an editor, subscriber or any other role, the entire menu of the administration panel is duplicated, including menu separator.

    In the dashboard of editors (for example) I have this:

    – Desktop
    – Desktop

    Menu separator
    Menu separator

    – Profile
    – Profile

    I have changed to several themes and the same thing happens.

    I have seen in the forum problems with an item on the main menu that is duplicated as a submenu, but I can not find anything about my problem.

    I will appreciate any solution to this problem.

  • Try renaming the wp-content/plugins folder and retry?
    If it then works as expected, then rule out the rogue plugin by deactivating plugins one-by-one (or deactivating all and activating one-by-one).
