Duplicated Comments Box

I’m using this plugin for almost a month now. From the beginning, I’m having the duplication issue. I have disabled the display for appearing on posts/homepage. I’m using the shortcode within the single.php loop. I tried disabling all the other plugins that I’m using and still, the comment box comes up twice.
I’ve checked resolutions from other sites but the problem persists…please help!
