Duplicated blog on Wordpres.com Stats plugin after update

Hi!
I’ve just update to WP 2.6 my https://www.meornot.net blog.
After the upgrade, i’ve re-activated all my plugin previously disabled, including Stats. When i activated the WordPress.com Stats plugin, it requested again my WP.com API keys.
Now, on my WP blog dashboard, i don’t see any stats .
If i go to dashboard -> Blog Stats, it shows 2 url of my blog. One showing stats of my blog before and one showing stats of my blog after i reactivated the plugin (so, for now, it’s empty).
I’ve done something worng?
There’s a way to “merge” the two identical “stats blog”?
