    Hi, according to the information on the Fb Ads Manager site the event ‘add to cart’ is duplicated. I don’t have two pixels on this site.

    I believe this started after I change the WooCommerce option where, when the user adds a product to the cart, the user is redirected to the cart page, but cannot be sure.

    According to the Marketing department, I need to keep this option like it is, so I need to resolve this duplication. Can you help me?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    to confirm this is being caused by your change to the add to cart behaviour, can you please temporarily disable the redirection, and see if the duplicate event goes away?

    Additionally, It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
