Duplicate X-Content-Type-Options header

    Thanks for developing this plugin! It’s very configurable….

    But while running a test on securityheaders.com I get the following warning:

    X-Content-Type-Options There was a duplicate X-Content-Type-Options header.

    Disabling this option in the plugin completely removes the headers. So it must be the plugin (I think), maybe in combination with other plugins (I only use jetpack and akismet)
