Duplicate wordpress site to 3 different hosting solutions/domains

Hey Forum

I have created a website using BeTheme. The site is hosted the right place and is ready to go live, so no problem there.
Now I need to duplicate the site to 2 other different hosting solutions and 2 other domains where the language will be the only change. The reason why we are not using multisites or language plugins is that the different branch divisions might wanna buy out of the company at some point and go solo. Therefore we cant have the same hosting solution/payment plan/backend etc.

Is there any way to achieve this using a plugin. And how would it work with the theme? I know we will have to buy the theme for the two other websites, but do we have to change a license or something like that? Or do I have to build the other websites again from scratch?
