Duplicate user names and passwords

    Hi,

    We have a very large database of users where the users could have duplicate user as username was taken from mailaddress.

    So can the script handle import of users with same username and different mailadress ?

    Can I choose not to use and not to import th old passwords and simply have the users to generate a new password ?

    Good afteroon nh123,

    WordPress doesnt’ allow same username, although they have different email addresses, so please, solve this problem first.

    If you leave the password column in blank or if you don’t add it to the document, you can send autogenerated passwords to users in the mail that can be sent.
