duplicate top widget showing on pages – Flat responsive sales message showing

    Recent update to 4.3.1 wordpress, updated flat responsive theme, now a Flat responsive sales message is showing on ALL pages, except home page.

    I see this issue has happened before. Please fix this or add this minor feature to the free theme to stop this continuing to happen.
