Duplicate Titles with pagination

  • Recently Google Webmaster tools added a new feature which flags duplicate titles on a website. Using this tool I found that google is recognizing my paginated pages as duplicated page titles. For example

    Blog page 1 has the title “My blog”, webmaster tools is saying 2,3,4 are duplicate titles.

    /blog/page/1/
    /blog/page/2/
    /blog/page/3/
    /blog/page/4/

    And it’s true, the page title does not change when you move from one page to the next.

    What is the best way to handle this issue?
