[Plugin: YOAST SEO] Duplicate Titles on Attachments/Media

    I have a serious problem with duplicate titles on Google Webmaster. I am using Yoast plugin. About 4 months ago, I had to change the URL as they weren’t user friendly or weren’t SEO friendly to say. This caused duplicate titles and meta descriptions but I altered the titles and meta descriptions. and so the numbers of duplicates went down. But over two weeks ago, I started getting duplicate titles again but these duplicate titles were with attachments. It has been increasing by 100s every time Google crawls my website.

    This is seriously affecting the SEO of my website. Can I get some help here?
