Duplicate Titles and descriptions due to trailing slash at end of URLs

My Webmaster tools is showing that I have duplicate meta descriptions and meta titles for all of my pages. For example:
/contact/
/contact/fonts/vega/
/fonts/vegaMy permalinks is set to post name: https://www.website.com/sample-post/
It doesn’t matter if I have the trailing / or not, I just want to remove this duplicate meta Title and meta Description warning that I’m seeing in Google Webmaster Tools. Any idea why this might be occurring?
