Duplicate title Tag with yoast seo plugin

  • Hi,

    I’ve activated yoast seo and since I’ve done this, I’ve got in the html sourcecode of my template two title tags.

    How can I fix this?

    And yoast seo writes the title tag not directly after the head, it writes it far down a few lines.

    Thanks for help.
