Duplicate text in excerpts

Hello and thank you for creating this plugin,

When rendering an excerpt, we end up with duplicate text. Your plugin adds its button in the_content which is also run when fetching an excerpt.

Excerpts, however are then run through strip_all_tags(), so all your markup is stripped and only the raw test is left. Voilá, duplicate text.

Do you have an idea how to bypass this, or can you release a fix?
