Can you confirm a few questions to understand better what is happening?
First thing:
– Is it creating two separate orders on your site?
– If yes, are those orders having different payment transaction IDs?
– Are your users being charged twice by Stripe?
We have seen when sites reconnection to Stripe can fix the problem.`
You may also want to check and confirm if anything has changed with your caching. For example, it may be run by your hosting company.
