Duplicate submissions being generated

    I use this plugin for several different forms on my website. A contact form, an employee application form, and a gift card order form. I have been experiencing duplicate submissions and blank submissions and have had users report a “strange experience” when trying to submit the forms. I am trying to obtain for specifics from users now and will post if I get anything further on that note. I just updated my wordpress version to the latest, not sure if that will help or not. It is confusing for me when receiving duplicate forms, especially for the order form, as I never know if the same person is just submitting two orders, or if it is the same order being duplicated erroneously.

    Sorry, no further info on what my users mean by a “strange experience”. I guess they were just having a hard time submitting the forms.

    Hi,

    That may be due to duplicated clicks in the submit button with a slow server response. The latest versions of the plugin have automatic protection to prevent that issue. Seems that you are using an old commercial version of the plugin, please update to the latest version.

    We have published a new update that helps to prevent duplicated clicks in the submit button (plugin version 1.2.27 or later versions).
