Duplicate SMS “On hold”

I’m also getting the same on my website. Client receives duplicate SMS for on hold orders.

Can you try to comment lines 289 and 290 from apg-sms.php and check it again?

Yes, woocommerce_order_status_pending_to_on-hold_notification (line 289) is duplicating woocommerce_order_status_on-hold (line 288).

Any particular reason why you’re adding the action to that specific status change when you are already setting it for the “on hold” status no matter which status it came from? Now I’m curious ??
