Duplicate slider

    Is there a way to duplicate a slider, in order to start another similar one, e.g. on multilingual sites?

    You could try other plugins that duplicate custom post types. I couldn’t recommend any as I don’t personally use them. But it’s possible one of those 3rd party duplicator plugins could help you with that.
