Duplicate Reviews

    Hi there,

    I have a very very very important bug. So let me set an example for you. Let’s say I have 2 products in my store. And I added 2 reviews in your app and I click “Add”

    So we have 2 products:
    Product 1
    Product 2

    And we have 2 reviews:
    Review A
    Review B
    Review C

    The issue is, when I click add 2 reviews to each product it happens like this:
    Product 1: {Review A} + {Review A}.
    Product 2: {Review A} + {Review C}

    Is there a possible way to only make the review appear 1 time in the product and no be duplicated twice in the same product?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    In the pro version, we have 2 options: https://prnt.sc/8ZBJXNhtJ4Qq

    They make the review not duplicated in a product. E.g. you have content of 20 reviews, these options guarantee the generated reviews are not duplicated within 20 reviews.

    But at the moment, these options can’t work among products yet, I’m afraid.
