Duplicate reCaptcha in Google Insights

Hi, We recently tested our homepage using Google’s Page Speed Insight and in the Lighthouse tree we noticed that the recaptcha_en.js loads twice. We only have a contact form on the contact page. The homepage has two newsletter submission forms, but there are created by Elementor.

Is it supposed to load trwicxe or is it some sort of bug?
