Duplicate questions

I have crested a test quiz with 6 questions that are displayed on an android app, my app says this quiz has 10 questions instead of 6 so 4 are duplicated I’ve checked the database and the only difference between duplicates is that one shows 0 and the other one shows 1 for online field.
I’ve only added 6 questions to this quiz I don’t know why it shows 10 in my app and the database.
