Duplicate queries

Hello,
I’m trying to find the cause of an 8-10 second delay between page loads on a client’s site and when using Query Monitor plugin, it reports 12 duplicate queries on the home page alone from the excellent CookieYes WP plug-in. Perhaps these could be checked or improved by your developers?
