Duplicate queries

    Yoast is since the 14.x.x updates sending a lot of duplicate queries. Several of unnecessary calls slowing down wp admin performance.

    Would be great to fix this in the next release.

    See queries below, don’t understand the WHERE post_name = 'page-name-example-2' what his the -2 coming from?

    Without knowing where this exact query comes from, the post_name with the -2 in it is most likely related to the permalink including the -2 and is not a duplicate query.

    @jeroenrotty It’s on edit post in wp admin of a page.

    No the url slug is not -2 neither I wp permalink slug or in yoast slug. That’s why my question is where could this be coming from.

    Did you check every query I attached in pastebin?

    Install query monitor plugin and you will see these duplicate queries, some are even present frontend of the page as well as duplicate queries.
