    Hi, on a new order on woocommerce i receive double push notification on woo ios apps sometime 1 sec between notification and sometime 2-3 minutes, i know it’s jetpack who push the notification. how i can fix this ?

    1- Since when did this problem start occurring?
    2- Is this happening on all new orders?
    3- Are also getting duplicate emails for new orders?

    Lastly, it would be helpful if you could order and share the screenshot Order Notes with me.
    This will allow me to see what is happening at the backend.

    Hi, it’s only push notification on ios apps, not all of the order but 90% of it. since i setup my woo store i have double push notification. i never be able to fix that.

    Could you try updating both WooCommerce and Jetpack to the latest versions and check if the issues persist?

    Should the issue persist, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Jetpack app, sometimes, uninstalling resets the connection, solving any issues.

    I disconnect jetpack, desactivate it and uninstall it. after that i reinstall and link to my account and still have the same issue

    Is the WooCommerce app on the latest version too?

    If it is, can you please open a ticket via the WooCommerce app to the mobile team can assist you further? You can see the Help center under Settings on the Woo app.

    Did you manage to resolve this? We have been suffering the same thing for months, as well we notifications from orders many hours before.

    I think i found one plugin created this conflict. i uninstall the plugin and wait for more orders to know if it’s fix i let you know soon

    finally the double notification still there but not on every order. do you know if i can install a plugin to listen everything on my website to help me to find what causing that.

    We get it for every order, and the same notification often after it’s been shipped, sometimes hours later ??

    Since your issue is with the WooCommerce mobile app, can you please contact the mobile support by going on the App Menu > Help & Support?

    This way the ticket will be sent to out mobile team and they will be able to assist you further ??
