Duplicate products in feed?

    Hello!

    I have set up a feed for Google. In the Merchant center I see under Diagnostic -> Active items: 980 products which is correct.

    However, under tab All Products the total is 2000 products and I see a lot of duplicates with the same ID but only one of has the status active and the other status given.

    Is it the feed that has made duplicates or is it Google Merchant?

    How do I resolve this?

    We can check the feed and configuration of it to see if there is something wrong with it.

    Can you:

    • Provide us with the product feed URL you are using for your merchant center?
