For testing purposes, I tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but everything seems to be working as expected there.

It looks like the issue might be caused by a conflict with a plugin or theme setting. To troubleshoot, could you please:

1. Activate a default WordPress theme, like Storefront, and disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
2. Place a test order to check if the issue persists.

I already tested many times and cannot replicate the duplicate products in an order. So I do not think this is a plugin or theme issue.
