Duplicate Products caused by Yoast plugin

Thanks so much for reaching out to us and sharing that screen recording with us. It’s really helpful. I’m sorry to hear that our plugin isn’t working as expected on your end.

As a first troubleshooting step, would it be possible to temporarily deactivate the Yoast SEO plugin for your site and then navigate to one of the affected products, click to edit it, and then click on the Update button?

This process should trigger the syncing process for that product and it can allow you to take a quick glance to check if this is an integration issue with Yoast SEO. Also, after that, it would be really helpful if you can re-activate Yoast SEO and then navigate to WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection and enable the debug mode?

Then, you can either wait for the sync process to happen automatically (it happens every hour) or follow the same process as before to trigger the debug logs. This would allow us to see which products are being sent to your Facebook shop and try to better understand why there’s a second product generated through Yoast SEO.

If you’d like to share your debug logs, you can use a service like Pastebin or Gist. Looking forward to your response.
