Duplicate products

Thanks for this, we spend quit some time on looking at your feed. And this is what we found. You actually have two parent variable products with identical names. Each of those 2 parent variable products have 6 product variations and all of them have the same size and color.

Parent product ID: 14892, with the following variations:
14894 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Μωβ M
14893 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Μωβ S
14895 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Μωβ XL
14896 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Πετρ?λ S
14897 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Πετρ?λ M
14898 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Πετρ?λ L

Parent product ID: 14868, with the following variations:
14878 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Μωβ S
14879 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Μωβ M
14881 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Μωβ XL
14882 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Πετρ?λ S
14883 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Πετρ?λ M
14884 – ΦΟΡΕΜΑ ΑΝΝΑ Πετρ?λ L

So because you identically named the two parent product names with the product ID’s 14892 and 14868. Please make sure those parent products have an unique product name.

I have already sent about this, our customer has duplicate his products to show all colors of product in shop page -> https://prnt.sc/1u2kpvr

With this situation, is it possible to show on facebook shop products like customer’s eshop? If its not, I need to inform that it is not supported it!

–> not sure what you mean by that but our plugin will just put products in the feed that are active in WooCommerce. So when your customer duplicates them then they will also be duplicated in your feed. There is nothing we can do to change that unfortunately.
