Duplicate posts show up on Technorati?

I just signed my blog up for Technorati, and I noticed that there are duplicates for some of my posts that I made before I changed the permalink structure. One copy of the post has the “?p=7” ending and the other copy has the “/category/post-name” ending.

Is this a big deal? Is there some way I can eliminate the version of the post without permalinks?
