Duplicate posts on Categories and Pages

    Hi,

    I am a complete newbie to building a site, let alone to Word Press and feel I have a very basic navigation and design issue. I would really appreciate some help.

    1) My site has a Home Page and Blog Page
    2) I have four categories (say, A, B, C and D,) each with one post
    3) My Home page has Post #1, which introduces my site. From within the post, you can click to Category B / Post #2, and subsequently on to Category C / Post 3 and Category D / Post 4

    However, the Blog page also contains all four posts (in their correct order). I obviously do not want to duplicate the posts on my site.

    Can somebody suggest how I can avoid the duplication?
