Duplicate posts displayed

Hi, I am new to using this plugin, so forgive me if this is a silly question, but I haven’t seen it asked/answered yet. I have two copies of the category lists; Say there are 12 items within a category… then I have 1-12, followed by 1-12 again.
I have enabled the CV plugin to display posts>Taxonomy>Categories>”And-show posts which match all selected terms.
I have also gone back into my post categories and made sure that no two categories share any words in their names (Ex.: “Vegan & Vegetarian” vs. “Lacto-ovo vegetarian”).
I am working with WP Highend theme.
I created a page with an accordion element. In each section of the accordion, I inserted a text box, where I inserted the CV shortcode to display the single category in grid style.
What can I do to remove the duplicates? Any help will be greatly appreciated, though I am pretty green at coding, so I am hopeful there may be an easy answer, here, that I am missing. Thanks in advance!
