    Hi,

    I was wondering:

    1. Sometimes I am getting Duplicate Posts. I can’t pinpoint the exact cause because it seems to happen incidentally. So: what’s the exact trigger for an auto-post to happen? Pressing the “Publish” button? Will your plugin re-post if I:

    – Change the post contents and press “Update”
    – Change the status (e.g. to “Draft”) and then “Publish” again?

    2. Is it possible to disable the Auto-Post altogether (to prevent duplicates) so I can post manually by pressing this button within a post:

Looking forward to your reply. Thanks for making this great plugin!

    1. Our plugin posts to all configured social networks at the time post goes live. Technically speaking our plugin is hooked to the event of changing post status from whatever to “Published”. This event is triggered when you hit “Publish” button, when you post on your site from email, when you publish post from your iOS/Android Device, when external plugin correctly published new post, and when scheduled post becomes live.

    2. You can uncheck all checkboxes in the accounts page and then use that button.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your explanation.

So if I change the post contents and press “Update” -> No Auto-post
And change the status (e.g. to “Draft”) and then “Publish” again? -> Yes Auto-post?

Not exactly. Plugin actually saves the status of the posted post. if you change the published post to draft and then publish it again, plugin will ignore it.

You need to click “Reset All SNAP data” if you want it to be autoposted again.
